REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Returns & Refunds:
Our products are not refundable due to their digital delivery and/or print-on-demand fulfillment.
Refunds for live class purchases, including private sessions, are subject to a 12% handling charge to cover all payment and refund processing fees and administrative fees. Such refunds are available up to one week before the service is scheduled. Alternatively, we offer a store credit equal to the purchase price of these services.
Cancellation Policy:
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a licensed subscription. This cancellation policy specifies how you can change or cancel subscription purchases. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive access to the licensed product for the period defined in your order confirmation.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration although it is always your option to cancel.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time; however, there are no subscription refunds. Your cancellation will be effective 1-year from the date of your last payment. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there or from your account in our shop.
